Andrea Cristini
CEO and Co-Founder

As CEO, Andrea manages and organizes all company activities from investments and budgeting to strategic partnerships.
With an engineering background Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, having developed more than 3GW solar energy projects.
Prior to founding vexuvo, Andrea was a Director of SENEC Italia, for which he developed SENEC Cloud, one of the most innovative energy and service providers in the national landscape.
Since 2006 he has been a founding partner of Greenergy, a company specialized in renewable energy and energy efficiency.
Between 2007 and 2009 he held the position of Head of Development for Conergy AG and from 2009 to 2013 he developed one of the first large utility scale photovoltaic pipelines in Italy.
From 2009 to 2013 and from 2018 to 2021 he has been a Founding Partner of Solar Konzept Italia developing over 800 MW of PV plants and authorizing over 400 MW.
Today Andrea is a member of the Executive Board of ANIE Rinnovabili and since 2017 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of BBC in Marina di Ginosa ICCREA group.
Filippo Fontana
COO and Co-Founder

As COO Filippo is responsible for the operational management of vexuvo, coordinating people and resources. Trained engineer, Filippo has more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy and smart grid sector, having managed renewable generation plant and energy projects across Europe. From 2017 to 2022 he has been Head of Business Development in Italy for Solarig, where he led the team and pipeline development for over 1300MW. Prior to that, Filippo contributed to the development, construction and financing of about 100MW at Solarig. A passionate environmentalist, he is actively contributing to the development of a sustainable agri-voltage supply chain.
From 2012 to 2017 he has been one of the pioneers of the Italian storage sector while working for the Japanese multinational NEC. Here Filippo developed one of the first electrochemical storage solutions, supporting E-Distribuzione network and ACEA.
He also founded and performed advisory work for several startups in the logistics and entertainment field.
